Florista Flower Delivery Rules: Freshness, Accuracy and Care
Before placing your order, please check with a manager via chat or any messenger to see if delivery is possible on your desired day.
We work with a wide network of trusted partner flower shops around the world. After your order is placed, we promptly pass it on to a local florist who carefully creates the bouquet and arranges delivery to the recipient. This partnership model allows us to organize flower delivery to almost any destination worldwide.
The photos on our website serve as examples of the style and color palette of the arrangement. Each bouquet is handcrafted using fresh flowers available at the local florist’s shop, so slight variations in flower varieties or presentation may occur. Wrapping and decorative elements are thoughtfully selected by the florist to match the overall concept of the bouquet.
The delivery date you select is considered your preferred date. We always do our best to arrange delivery on that day; however, same-day delivery may not be available in all locations. Please note that in many countries, flower shops are closed on Sundays. During holiday periods, we kindly recommend placing your order in advance — ideally a week or even earlier — to ensure timely delivery.

Order Deadline: For most countries, it is recommended to place orders no later than 1-2 days before the desired delivery date. Special Destinations: When shipping to Australia, Japan, the Far East or remote rural areas, please make sure to place your order as early as possible . This will give us enough time to arrange delivery flawlessly. Accounting for Country Features: Weekends and Holidays: Different countries have different work schedules. Please note that weekends abroad may be non-working or part-time days, which may slightly affect delivery times. National and Religious Holidays: During national or religious holidays, there may be delays in delivery. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Terms of Standard Delivery of Orders within the City
Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery , which is carried out during the day . Delivery time depends on the courier's route and current workload. One-time Delivery: Standard delivery is performed once . Repeated delivery within the same order is not provided. Data Accuracy: When placing an order, it is critically important to clearly and completely specify all delivery requirements : the exact address, the recipient's full name and their contact phone number. Actions In the event of the Recipient's absence: Delivery is carried out strictly in accordance with the data you provided. If the recipient is not at the specified address, the order may be transferred to third parties (e.g., relatives, colleagues, neighbors, concierge, security). Important: If no one accepts the order (no one opens the door, neighbors refuse, or the recipient does not live/work at the specified address), we are not responsible for the freshness of the flowers. In this case, the flowers are left at the delivery point or returned to the store where they can be picked up. The order is considered fulfilled and the payment for it is non-refundable .
Delivery date: If a specific delivery date is not specified when placing an order , we will fulfill it on the next business day .
Matching Name on Doorbell: The name on the doorbell must match the name specified in the order.
Features of delivery of Individual and Holiday Orders
Individual Author's Bouquets: Exactly on time: Delivery of individual orders of author's bouquets is carried out exactly at the agreed time . Paid Service: This service is paid and its cost is discussed with you individually when placing an order.
Delivery on Holidays and High Load Periods: In other cases, we offer free delivery , which is usually delivered within the same day . 95% of orders are delivered on the appointed date. However, in certain periods (due to a large number of deliveries in the city, on holidays such as New Year, February 14, March 8, as well as one day before and one day after these dates), delivery may be made earlier or delayed by 1-2 days . Please be understanding. Confirmation Time on Holidays: During holidays, the delivery confirmation time may be up to 2 business days due to high traffic. Notification of order fulfillment may not arrive immediately.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order no later than 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time . Important: If the order has already been assembled and completed, its cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can place and pay for a new order. The previous order will be considered fulfilled, or, at your request, it can be forwarded to another recipient (subject to payment of possible additional forwarding costs).
Recipient Photo: The service of photographing the recipient during delivery is not guaranteed . It is provided only if the courier has the technical ability at the time of delivery and with the mandatory consent of the recipient . Without prior agreement: Most often, the order is executed without prior call or agreement with the recipient . When placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the recipient will be at the delivery address during the specified time period. In the absence of the recipient and the impossibility of leaving flowers with third parties, the order is considered fulfilled .
Specifics of delivery to different addresses
Delivery to Private Addresses: Make sure the recipient's name is clearly displayed on the doorbell and mailbox . If not, our delivery partner may face difficulties. Cannot be specified: Parcel pick-up points, mailboxes, or packing stations cannot be used as delivery addresses . Alternative Delivery: If the recipient cannot be found, delivery will be made to a neighbor or, as a last resort, the shipment will be delivered to a post office/distribution station/store for later collection.
Delivery to Business Addresses: When placing an order, be sure to include the company/business name and the recipient's full name. If the company name is not provided, but the address is business, delivery may be difficult or not completed. Work Schedule: Please note that some companies do not accept parcels on Saturdays .
Delivery to Hospitals/Rehabilitation or Sanatoriums: Delivery to patients is usually possible . Important: Some institutions may not accept parcels on Saturday. We strongly recommend that you coordinate the possibility and terms of flower delivery with the administration of the relevant institution in advance. Required Data: When ordering, be sure to indicate the recipient's full name and ward number . Without this data, the order may be delivered.
Order Execution Time and Unforeseen Circumstances
Factors affecting the deadline: The deadline for completing the order depends on: Recipient location. Order complexity (quantity of goods, availability in stock). Unforeseen events that do not depend on the seller (road accidents, difficult weather conditions, traffic jams, force majeure circumstances).
Weekend registration: If the order is placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday (a day off when the store is closed), delivery in 90% of cases cannot be made on Monday . The store accepts such orders only on Monday, and delivery will be possible starting on Tuesday . Free delivery is not available on the day of order . Orders placed the next day are accepted until 3:00 PM on the current day .
In the event of Improper Execution: If the delivery of the order was improperly executed due to the fault of the Seller (for example, the order was not delivered on time, does not meet the buyer's requirements, or the goods are in improper condition), the order will be re-executed free of charge at our expense.
